Cadillac Reveals 2015 CTS-V Coupe as Limited-Run Farewell Cadillac has unveiled the 2015 CTS-V Coupe, a 556hp limited-edition model set to mark the end of the current CTS-V Coupe line, with just 500 units planned. Cadillac has officially unveiled the 2015 CTS-V Coupe, marking the final production run of its high-performance two-door model. With only 500 units scheduled for production, this special edition will serve as a farewell to the current generation before Cadillac transitions to its next wave of V-Series models. Orders for the limited-run CTS-V Coupe are set to open in summer 2014, with deliveries expected to follow shortly after. Cadillac Reveals 2015 CTS-V Coupe as Final Edition Exclusive Design and Exterior Features The 2015 CTS-V Coupe will be offered exclusively in three exterior finishes: Phantom Gray, Black Diamond and Crystal White. These colours have been selected to underline the model’s special status. Distinguishing the final edition further, Cadillac has fitted satin graphite-finished wheels paired with striking red brake calipers. The front grille receives a unique dark finish, setting the car apart from other CTS models. These exterior details are exclusive to this edition and will not be available on future CTS variants, making the 2015 CTS-V Coupe instantly recognisable to enthusiasts and collectors alike. Performance and Powertrain Under the bonnet, the CTS-V Coupe retains its supercharged 6.2-litre V8 engine, which delivers 556hp (415kW) and 746Nm of torque. Buyers can select either a six-speed manual or a six-speed automatic gearbox, allowing for a tailored driving experience. The powertrain remains unchanged from previous years, maintaining the model’s reputation for high performance and strong acceleration. At launch, the CTS-V Coupe was among the most powerful coupes in its segment, and this final edition continues that legacy. The limited production run of 500 units reinforces the exclusivity of this final model. Interior Features and Equipment Inside, the 2015 CTS-V Coupe features Recaro sport seats trimmed in leather with microfiber suede inserts, designed to offer both comfort and support during spirited driving. The steering wheel is also wrapped in microfiber suede, providing a tactile connection for the driver. Additional interior highlights include alloy pedals and Midnight Sapele wood trim, which add a touch of sophistication and contrast to the performance-oriented cabin. These upgrades are intended to reinforce the CTS-V’s sporting credentials and set this final edition apart from standard CTS coupes. Equipment levels remain high, with the main changes focused on cosmetic and trim enhancements rather than major new features. Position in Cadillac’s Line-up and Future Plans The 2015 CTS-V Coupe arrives at a pivotal time for Cadillac, as the brand prepares to move to a new platform and updated design language for its V-Series models. This special edition is intended as a bridge to the next generation of performance Cadillacs, offering enthusiasts a final opportunity to own a piece of the outgoing CTS-V lineage. Cadillac has not yet released detailed information about the upcoming CTS-V, but the company has indicated that future models will feature even more dynamic design and advanced technology.
