Motorola Solutions запускает локальную облачную платформу Avigilon для контроля доступа в Австралии

- Motorola Solutions is expanding its cloud footprint in Australia with a new, locally hosted instance of Avigilon for access control, delivering comprehensive data sovereignty. - The solution will complement Avigilon’s existing local instance for video security, providing fully integrated, onshore data security infrastructure for regulated sectors. - At ASIAL 2026, the company will showcase how its AI-powered innovations help the physical security sector transition from reactive monitoring to autonomous operational intelligence. Motorola Solutions is launching a locally hosted instance of its cloud security platform for access control for the Australian market, available in Q4 2026. At ASIAL 2026 (ICC Sydney, Booth F46), Motorola Solutions will demonstrate how its unified cloud video security and access control solutions empower Australian organisations to strengthen their physical security while protecting data privacy. Peter Krincevski, Senior Sales Director – Oceania at Motorola Solutions, said: “Having locally hosted cloud solutions is important for sectors including retail, education, local government and financial services which need to comply with regulations that support onshore data ownership and control. Offering end-to-end cloud instances across video security and access control enables our Australian customers to safeguard their vital physical operations while keeping their data private and secured.” Among the cloud-based innovations on display at ASIAL is the Avigilon Intercom Touch, which combines an AI-powered, high-definition video camera, multi-credential reader, and digital directory to automate event detection, secure perimeters, and streamline visitor communication. Avigilon’s physical security platform seamlessly integrates video security and access control into a single, unified ecosystem. Powered by advanced AI analytics, it empowers security teams to proactively detect, analyse, respond to and resolve physical threats in real time: - Identify: Rapidly locate and classify individuals, vehicles and objects using Avigilon Appearance Search while cross-referencing real-time digital credentials and event logs in Access Control Manager. - Analyse: Automatically detect unusual activity – such as loitering or acoustic anomalies like glass breakage – and leverage video metadata to generate visual heat maps for actionable operational insights. - Respond: Deliver instant mobile alerts featuring live video clips and floor plan tracking, enabling security teams to initiate automated lockdown procedures and coordinate rapid, targeted responses. - Resolve: Centralise incident management through cloud-native tools, allowing teams to document, track and conclude the entire incident lifecycle from a single location. Proven Cloud Security Deployments Across commercial real estate, residential developments, and higher education campuses, cloud-hosted video security and access control streamlines entry management while enhancing visibility across entire operations. Property teams can issue mobile credentials remotely and review integrated video logs instantly. Frederic Haegeman, Vice President Access Control, International at Motorola Solutions, said: “Bringing cloud-hosted access control to Avigilon in Australia delivers unmatched entryway security and effortless site scalability. It represents an important step forward for organisations making the shift to more resilient and proactive security operational frameworks.” Among the organisations in Australia and around the globe that rely on Avigilon’s cloud platform to modernise their security workflows and streamline site access are: - Erin Living Technologies (Australia): A mixed-use, multi-tenant facility that integrates access control into a mobile app for residents and provides remote credential management for site operators. - PodGolf (U.K.): A provider of unstaffed virtual golf facilities that uses cloud-based video security and access control to maintain physical security and seamless access across all of its sites.
