Keychron представила ультратонкую беспроводную клавиатуру B6 Pro для гибридной работы в ЮАР

Our second State of Work Survey revealed that South Africans have a unique mix of fully office work and hybrid work situations, even if it’s not their ideal working environment. If you fall into this category, you know that every little bit of help you can get to make work go by smoother is welcome, and today we have a keyboard that seems made for these situations. That keyboard is the B6 Pro Ultra-Slim 100% Wireless Keyboard from Keychron. You may know Keychron from its legendary status as a keyboard manufacturer, and now the company is turning more of its focus towards work and productivity. Even better is the fact that local distributor Syntech has worked to bring Keychron into South Africa officially. No more grey market imports, no more high prices, just fair local pricing, a proper warranty and wide availability at your favourite retailers like Takealot. The hallmark of a great productivity device, especially for home/office and hybrid situations, is unmatched portability without sacrificing the features that you need to actually work. Here the Keychron B6 Pro Ultra-Slim 100% Wireless Keyboard might just be king. It’s one of the most portable keyboards ever at 623 grams in weight and just 5.2 millimetres of height at the front. Combine this with a slim body and this Keychron is as thin as possible. Despite that petite design, you don’t sacrifice anything. This is a full-sized keyboard complete with the numpad and full directional buttons – all of which are mandatory for serious work, especially in spreadsheets. For hours and hours of typing, Keychron has your comfort and ergonomics in mind thanks to concave keycaps for quick identification and a tilted body which more naturally matches how your hands and wrists rest during typing. So this keyboard is somehow small and large at the same time, an achievement of engineering so far that makes it perfect to slip into even the smallest of bags when commuting, but what about those who are working from the office full time? Well, being stuck at a desk doesn’t mean being tangled in wires as the battery onboard lasts for a staggering 1 200 hours, or eight months assuming five hours of use per day. Despite being perfect for mobility, this can be your permanent keyboard at your desk without worrying about battery life, ergonomics or a loss of buttons that other, smaller keyboards demand. You even get a protective silicone skin in the box to drop on when you’re done for the day, keeping your device clean and ready for tomorrow. It’s also great for protection in transit and for those of us without a lot of break time who need to eat at our work desks. Finally, you also don’t have to deal with the demands of the IT department enforcing the use of Windows, macOS or even Linux since this keyboard works across all of them. Choose to connect wirelessly over Bluetooth or 2.4GHz to any machine, or you can even go for a wired connection using the included cable and adapter, either as a permanent setup or just to charge up maybe once per year. And even the seasoned IT department folks will be impressed with the Keychron Launcher which allows you to customise just about everything about this keyboard, including remapping, macros, shortcuts, layers and more. We can’t help you choose where or when you do your work, but Keychron and the B6 Pro Ultra-Slim 100% Wireless Keyboard can make your work better. Let's talk tech! Get the tech news you want to read.
