Основатель Vita Bella создал систему оптимизации здоровья в честь своей дочери

The name came before the company. Vita Bella is Italian for "beautiful life." Phil Vella named it after his daughter, Mia Bella, which means "my beautiful." That is not a branding decision. It is a declaration of purpose, and everything Vita Bella has built since its founding flows from it. Vella spent years inside one of the most demanding performance cultures in corporate America. At Cisco Systems, he rose to become the company's top global sales representative, earned the Chairman's Club Award four times, was inducted into the Cisco Sales Hall of Fame, and eventually built an enterprise licensing division that grew from $40 million to $9 billion. By his account, he achieved significant professional success. He was also exhausted, stretched thin, and increasingly absent from the life that actually mattered to him. People are also reading… The Moment Everything Shifted According to Vella, after undergoing a double spinal fusion, he paid more than $20,000 a month for a recovery protocol that included growth hormone and peptides, while he understood the medication itself to cost approximately $2,200. Nothing about that gap reflected the quality of care. It appeared to reflect a model built around what patients would tolerate, not what they deserved. That experience clarified something he had been circling for a while. In 2020, he took full custody of his daughter and made a decision: he was not going to keep building someone else's empire while missing her childhood. He was going to build something of his own, for a reason that went deeper than a revenue target. Vita Bella was born from that decision. A System for Everyone What Vella built is described as the operating system for health optimization, and the structure behind that phrase is deliberate. Through a transparent, membership-based model, patients across 47 states may receive discounted labs, medication shipped directly to their door, custom protocols developed with a dedicated medical provider, and continuous clinical support. The company says initial Vita Bella appointments may last up to 45 minutes, allowing providers additional time to review a patient’s goals, history and laboratory information. According to the company, Vita Bella offers provider-guided services that may include hormone therapy, peptide-related care, weight-management support, sexual wellness, hair-loss treatment, skincare, fertility-related care and support related to cognitive health, injury and recovery. All care is provider-guided, personalized based on clinical review, and overseen by master certified hormone and peptide specialists. Results vary, and no outcomes are guaranteed. The company says its model is intended to improve access, pricing transparency and communication about medication costs. Vella often describes Vita Bella as the Costco of hormones, peptides, and longevity. The comparison reflects the company’s stated goal of offering membership-based access and more transparent pricing. What the Name Demands Naming a company after your daughter is not a marketing move. It is a standard to live up to every day. For Vella, that means keeping potential shortcuts out of the conversation, working to make affordable hormone therapy a reality for people who were told advanced care was not for them, and building a team of specialists who aim to measure success in patient outcomes, not appointment volume. If you have ever been handed a lab result stamped "normal" while feeling like anything but, Vita Bella was built with you in mind. Not as a product to sell you, but as a system that takes you seriously.
