В Туакане завершают сезон Бродвейских мюзиклов и анонсируют праздничные программы

(Sponsored)  As Southern Utah’s intense summer heat gives way to the crispness of early fall, there’s still time to experience one of the region’s most memorable traditions: a night at Tuacahn Amphitheatre. Tuacahn’s 2026 outdoor Broadway season is entering its final stretch, with three productions continuing through September and most of October. Whether you’re drawn to the grandeur of “Les Misérables,” the nostalgia of “Grease” or the family-friendly adventure of “Disney & Pixar's Finding Nemo: A Family Musical,” each show offers a different reason to make the trip to Ivins.  “The audience response to this season has been awesome, and seats are filling up fast,” marketing director Stephanie Finck said. “September and October are really popular months to come see the shows. People should get their tickets soon so that they don't miss out.”  “Grease” – playing through Oct. 22 Go back to Rydell High and relive Danny and Sandy's summer romance under the red rocks at Tuacahn. With iconic hits like “Greased Lightnin’” and “You’re the One That I Want,” “Grease” delivers high-energy fun, laughter and unforgettable ‘50s rock ‘n’ roll – outdoors as you’ve never seen it before! “It's just such a fun show,” Finck said. “It's got all the music and dancing that you love from the movie, and our audiences have been having a great time. Our version is also more family-friendly than the traditional show, so it's perfect for teens and up.” “Les Misérables” – playing through Oct. 23 “Les Misérables,” the world’s longest-running musical, comes to life on the Tuacahn stage. Follow Jean Valjean’s epic quest for redemption in 19th-century France, filled with unforgettable music, iconic characters and a timeless story of love, justice and hope. Set against Tuacahn’s stunning natural backdrop, this powerful celebration of the human spirit is an outdoor theatrical experience like no other. “We haven't done ‘Les Mis’ since 2008, and it has been a huge production for us. The New York Times actually came out and did an article about it,” Finck said. “The show has a song called ‘Stars,’ and there’s just something so magical about sitting under the stars and watching these performers do amazing things right on our stage.”  “Disney & Pixar's Finding Nemo: A Family Musical” – playing through Oct. 24 Dive into the magical aquatic world of Marlin, Dory and Nemo in the regional premiere of “Disney & Pixar's Finding Nemo: A Family Musical.” With a fun one-act format, it’s the perfect night out for families who want big entertainment and still be home before bedtime. Don’t miss this unforgettable voyage beneath the sea, where friendship and adventure meet the spectacular effects only Tuacahn can deliver. “This is new for us, and it's shorter than our other productions,” Finck said. “It's just such a cute production. It has amazing puppets, amazing costumes and new songs you haven't heard before that are catchy and fun.” Along with cooler evenings, fall at Tuacahn offers earlier showtimes. Performances begin at 8 p.m. during September and 7:30 p.m. in October, making it easier for families with school-age kids to take in a show.  But the experience begins long before the curtain rises.  Tuacahn’s campus invites visitors to arrive early, enjoy a meal or snack at the café, browse merchandise in the gift gallery and watch local performers on the pre-show stage before heading into the amphitheater.  Additionally, Tuacahn’s calendar of world-class entertainment continues even after the final Broadway performances wrap up. Tickets are available now for the 2026 fall concert season, showcasing tributes to the Beatles, the Bee Gees and Jimmy Buffett, plus the return of Odyssey Dance Theatre’s “Thriller” just in time for Halloween. Catch alt rockers Gin Blossoms and country stars Chris Young and Rodney Atkins live onstage, while a cappella icons Straight No Chaser will kick off the holiday season early with a stop on their Making Spirits Bright Tour.  Over the winter, the cozy Hafen Theatre welcomes visitors indoors for “Holiday Inn,” a joyous Irving Berlin musical that blends dazzling dance numbers, witty humor and classic Hollywood charm, and “The Play That Goes Wrong,” a hilariously chaotic night of theater packed with rapid-fire physical comedy, clever sight gags and perfectly timed slapstick. And don’t miss Christmas in the Canyon, featuring Tuacahn’s beloved Live Nativity, visits with Santa and magical train rides.  “There’s still a lot to look forward to this year,” Finck said. “We love to say, ‘Let our story be part of your story,’ because it really is an experience where you make memories.” Gather your family and friends for an unforgettable evening of live entertainment, breathtaking scenery and warm hospitality at Tuacahn.
