Andy Cohen has spent more than two decades turning gossip, drama, and reality TV into a full media empire. Covering Bravo and reality TV finance for as long as I have, Andy Cohen’s net worth stands out because it isn’t tied to one show or one contract. It comes from a full media operation built around a single personal brand. Here is a look at Andy Cohen’s net worth in 2026, and exactly how he built his fortune, from his Bravo salary and producing deals to his real estate and family life. Who is Andy Cohen? Andy Cohen is one of the most recognizable figures in American television, largely through his long association with Bravo. He hosts the late-night talk show Watch What Happens Live and serves as an executive producer across the Real Housewives franchise. Before joining Bravo in 2004, Cohen worked behind the scenes at CBS News for a decade. Beyond television, he has written four bestselling books, hosts programs on SiriusXM, and is a devoted father of two children. Andy Cohen Has a Net Worth of $50 Million According to Celebrity Net Worth, Cohen’s fortune reflects decades of work in television, especially his role at Bravo. Real estate investments and long-term entertainment deals have also contributed to his financial growth. Andy Cohen Career Timeline Andy Cohen’s path from behind-the-scenes producer to major television personality runs through CBS News, a cable network most viewers have forgotten, and Bravo’s biggest franchises. Andy Cohen’s Early Life Born Andrew Joseph Cohen on June 2, 1968, in St. Louis, Missouri Raised by parents Evelyn and Lou Cohen alongside his older sister, Emily Rosenfeld Attended Clayton High School in St. Louis Earned a Bachelor of Science in broadcast journalism from Boston University Landed his first job as an intern at CBS News shortly after graduating Where Does Andy Cohen’s Money Come From Cohen’s paycheck is not a single line item. Looking at how his income is structured, it is built from several streams that all lean on the same brand: him. Each stream feeds the others. His radio show promotes his books, his books promote WWHL, and WWHL keeps him in front of millions of Bravo fans every week. That setup is a big part of Andy Cohen’s net worth, and it helps keep it climbing instead of relying on one job alone. How Much Does Andy Cohen Make from Watch What Happens Live and Real Housewives Cohen’s WWHL paycheck has grown a lot since the show started in 2009. Back in 2016, reports put his salary around $2 million a year. Today, he earns close to $10 million a year for hosting the show, and that figure also covers his other work for the network, including his producer credit on Real Housewives since it launched in 2006. In past interviews, Cohen has said the Housewives franchise is the reason his career took off, calling it the show he “wouldn’t be here without.” His exact producing fee is not public, but it is folded into his larger Bravo deal. In 2025, Cohen signed a new deal with NBCUniversal that keeps WWHL on the air through 2027 and extends his development deal through 2028, a strong sign the network still sees him as a major asset. Bravo rarely confirms exact salary numbers for its stars, so most figures you see online are estimates built from industry reports, not official statements. Treat any single dollar figure as a close estimate rather than a locked-in fact. Andy Cohen’s Real Estate Real estate is a meaningful piece of Andy Cohen’s net worth, separate from what he earns on screen. He has made a few notable moves in New York real estate over the years. Real estate like this is part of the asset base behind Andy Cohen’s net worth, alongside his TV and publishing income. Andy Cohen’s Personal Life Cohen is a single dad of two. Lucy was among the first babies born under the new law. Final Thoughts Andy Cohen’s $50 million net worth did not come from one show or one deal. It came from decades of steady work and a willingness to take on new roles across television, radio, and publishing. What stands out most, watching his career from the outside, is how deliberately Cohen built redundancy into his income. Between hosting Watch What Happens Live, producing Real Housewives, raising two kids, and running his own radio channel, he has built a career that few in reality TV can match.
