AMD выпустила обновление драйверов Adrenalin 26.9.1: исправлен сбой в Apex Legends и добавлена поддержка новых игр

The latest Adrenalin software fixes a major bug that caused crashing in Apex Legends and adds two games for full support. AMD Adrenalin Edition 26.9.1 Adds Support for Onimush: Way of the Sword and The Blood of Dawnwalker; Fixes Various Bugs Previous Version Had A week ago, we reported that AMD's latest Adrenalin Edition 26.8.1 software was causing issues with RX 9000 series in some games. As per several reports, the driver caused crashes in games like Apex Legends and Starfield, mostly on the Radeon RX 9000 systems. While AMD didn't confirm the issue, Apex Legends did, and said it was working to come up with a fix. Today, AMD rolled a new Adrenalin Edition version 26.9.1, officially announcing the fix to the intermittent crashing observed in games like Apex Legends and Starfield when played on Radeon RX 9000 series graphics cards. Hopefully, this should put an end to the reports surfacing on forums, and we will wait for the user reports. That said, the latest Adrenalin Edition 26.9.1 has also added support for newer games. These are Onimusha: Way of the Sword, which releases tomorrow, and The Blood of Dawnwalker, which was released today. Apart from these additions, AMD has acknowledged various bugs in the new version, including bugs with AMD Smart Access Memory on Windows 10 and the Anti-Lag 2 feature, which in some cases remained inactive after disabling Frame Generation in Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy. AMD has added one more interesting point in the "Known Issues". It says those who own a Radeon RX 9050 4 GB graphics card should know that Cyberpunk 2077 requires a minimum of "6 GB" of video memory. This is why the company recommends RX 9050 4 GB users to turn intensive graphical features to low or off. It's interesting because AMD is the one who previously mocked NVIDIA for not providing enough VRAM on the GPUs. The Radeon RX 9050 is available in both 8 GB and 4 GB variants, but the latter is significantly cut down in memory configuration, making it unfit for playing modern triple-A titles. Good thing is that you won't be able to buy it as a standalone product as its OEM-exclusive. News Source: AMD Follow Wccftech on Google to get more of our news coverage in your feeds.
