For immediate release 16 July 2026 Sundae Bar PLC  ("sundae_bar" or the "Company") Holdings in Company Sundae Bar Plc (AIM: SBAR), the enterprise platform deploying AI agents for business, announces that it has been notified on 15 July 2026 that Fidelio Partners Pte Ltd, following disposal of its shareholding in the Company on 8 July 2026, no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company. The Company was also informed on 15 July 2026 that following disposal of the Company's ordinary shares by Crowdform Limited on 7 July 2026, Crowdform Limited has reduced its interest in the Company to 6,304,668 ordinary shares representing 1.47% of the Company's issued share capital and as such no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.
