В Камбодже Cellcard назначила нового генерального директора Ману Раджана

Cambodia’s telecommunications sector is set for a new chapter as CAMGSM operating under the Cellcard brand, has appointed Manu Rajan as its new Chief Executive Officer. According to an announcement issued by CAMGSM PLC on August 17, the company’s Board of Directors approved the appointment on August 14, with Rajan officially taking up the CEO role from August 18, 2026. The leadership change comes as Cellcard continues to position itself within Cambodia’s evolving telecommunications and digital technology landscape. In its announcement, the company described the transition as a move aimed at strengthening leadership and improving operational efficiency, while working closely with business partners and customers. CAMGSM PLC also highlighted the continued support of its shareholders and parent company, Royal Group of Companies, as part of the leadership transition. The company said it remains committed to working with the Royal Government of Cambodia, relevant ministries, the Telecommunications Regulator of Cambodia (TRC), authorities at all levels and business partners. The stated objective is to contribute to the development of Cambodia’s telecommunications sector, digital technology ecosystem and broader national economic growth. Rajan’s appointment therefore places him at the helm of Cellcard at a time when connectivity and digital services are becoming increasingly important to Cambodia’s economy and consumers. While the announcement does not outline specific initiatives or targets under the new CEO, it emphasizes stronger leadership, operational efficiency and collaboration across the telecommunications industry. Cellcard is part of Royal Group, a major Cambodian business group, and has been a long-standing participant in the country’s telecommunications market.
