Компания AMP приобрела четвертую печатную машину Multitec для расширения производства гибкой упаковки

The new 670-mm-wide press is AMP’s fourth investment in Multitec technology. Significantly, every press operating in the company’s flexographic printing department has been supplied and installed by Multitec. AMP’s existing Multitec presses produce a diverse range of applications, including labels, flexible packaging, shrink sleeves and laminate tubes. The latest S3S 670 represents the next stage of the company’s diversification and expansion in mid-web flexible packaging. Ankit Mehta of Amba Multiprint said, “Our association with Multitec has grown with every investment. The performance of the existing presses, our team’s familiarity with the technology and the service support we have received gave us the confidence to choose Multitec again.” Mehta added that changing market requirements are creating demand for shorter runs, multiple SKUs and faster delivery. “The S3S 670 will help us address these requirements more efficiently while maintaining consistent print quality. It will also strengthen our ability to serve flexible packaging customers and support our future growth plans.” The sleeve-based architecture of the S3S 670 is designed to make job changes more efficient while supporting high-quality production across varying run lengths. Its mid-web format enables converters to address flexible packaging applications that require greater agility and commercial viability. Amit Ahuja of Multitec said, “A repeat order is always valued, but a customer continuing to choose Multitec as its flexo business expands across different applications is an endorsement we are especially proud of.” He added, “AMP’s fourth Multitec press reflects the trust built through technology performance, service support and a shared understanding of its evolving production requirements. The S3S 670 has been developed to help converters produce short- and medium-run flexible packaging efficiently, without compromising quality or productivity.” For Multitec, the installation further strengthens its partnership with AMP and highlights the growing adoption of sleeve-based mid-web flexographic technology among Indian converters.
