Компания Global Computers USA опровергла причастность к конфликту из-за случайного появления своего автомобиля в вирусном видео

A video circulating widely on social media in recent days has led to unforeseen repercussions for Global Computers USA, a Miami-based company specializing in security systems, surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control. The footage depicts a confrontation between a homeowner and landscaping workers over an alleged unpaid service. Notably, a commercial vehicle featuring the Global Computers USA logo is also seen parked at the location. This occurrence prompted numerous social media users to erroneously associate the company with the incident. According to a statement provided to CiberCuba, Global Computers USA clarified that this connection is incorrect. Unrelated Presence at the Scene Why was the Global Computers USA vehicle present at the scene? The company explains that one of their technicians was at the property performing a completely separate task from the landscaping service that sparked the dispute. Global Computers USA emphasizes that they did not hire the landscapers, were not involved in the alleged payment conflict, and have no business or employment ties with the individuals involved in the altercation. As per the company's account, their vehicle appeared in the footage solely because their technician was providing another service at the same location when the incident took place. Misinterpretation on Social Media and Beyond The appearance of the branded vehicle led some online users to mistakenly assume the man in the video was an owner, employee, or somehow affiliated with Global Computers USA. Consequently, the company began receiving negative Google reviews, along with insulting calls, threats, and social media messages urging others to boycott their services. Screenshots shared with CiberCuba reveal negative reviews explicitly linked to the landscaper episode, featuring comments like "Pay the grass guy!" The company publicly responded to some of these reviews, clarifying their presence at the residence was for an unrelated service and that they had not employed the involved workers nor were responsible for their payment. Global Computers USA reported that Google later removed the reviews stemming from this misunderstanding. The company provided images demonstrating efforts to have these opinions deleted from the platform. A Call for Verified Information Global Computers USA believes this incident highlights how a circumstantial element in a viral video can adversely affect uninvolved parties. The company, which has spent years building its reputation, finds it particularly damaging when non-customers post negative reviews based solely on the appearance of one of their vehicles in a video. On their public Instagram profile, Global Computers USA presents itself as an expert in advanced security systems, CCTV, alarms, access control, and audio solutions for residential and commercial clients in Florida. They stress that their intention in making this clarification public is not to engage in the dispute between the homeowner and the landscapers, but to dissociate themselves from a conflict they assert they did not partake in. "Our sole presence at the location was as a technical service provider," the company explained to CiberCuba. Global Computers USA urges those who viewed the video not to assign blame to companies or individuals merely for appearing incidentally in the footage and to verify facts before posting accusations, reviews, or messages that could harm others' reputations. Understanding the Impact of Viral Misinterpretations What led to the misunderstanding involving Global Computers USA?
