Bachelor of Computer Application focuses more on practical applications and technologies used in daily life BCA is solely computer related whereas B Tech incorporates technical subjects along with computer applications. B Tech is 4 years course and BCA is 3 Years . Btech value is  more in industry  Btech has so many fields to choose from. Does BCA give so many options to choose .............? ruche (Ruchi Nasa) 6 Why Btech(cs) demands more then BCA. I don't understand subjects are same almost then why corporate demands Btech???? Dear friends... BTech and BCA is way too different. BTech is engineering but BCA is almost like a computer course. I'll think ask a college itself.  What is the eligibility criteria to enroll in the LPU BCA program? The eligibility criteria for the Bachelor of Computer Applications program at LPU require candidates to have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% to 60% aggregate marks, depending on the specific specialization chosen.
