Компания 2LC Graphics из Хьюстона работает с одним номером телефона с 2003 года

Twenty-three years is a long time to keep the same phone number. 2LC Graphics has done exactly that from Houston since the year 2003, run the whole time by founder and president Claudia Lievano, an honors advertising graduate of the University of Houston and an active member of the Advertising Specialty Institute. The shop works by appointment, Monday through Friday, and every job goes to a person rather than a queue. That structure matters most on corporate apparel embroidery , where a wrong thread color is not something a buyer catches until the boxes land on the office floor. 2LC stitches on Tajima machines using Madeira thread, with a twelve-piece minimum on embroidery and a separate thirty-six-piece minimum on screen printing. Polos, caps, work shirts, hi-vis, custom patches. Proofs go out the next day for approval, and typical turnaround runs two weeks. Alongside decorated apparel, the same contact handles signage, commercial vehicle wraps and promotional products, which is the difference between one conversation and four vendors when a company rebrands its crew and its trucks in the same month. People come to us after an order goes sideways somewhere else, and almost every time the story is the same, nobody could tell them what happened," a company spokesperson said. "Here you get a name. You call that name, and they already know which job you mean. We would rather catch a problem at the proof stage than apologize for it later. Stocked brands include Nike, The North Face, Carhartt, Under Armour, Bella+Canvas, Port Authority and many more, so a buyer can put a retail-weight tee on a giveaway table and a durable polo on a service tech without splitting the order across suppliers. Reorder consistency is part of the appeal for trades customers, some of whom have been placing the same shirt order for a decade. Local delivery and pickup in Houston can be arranged.
