Кафе на аэродроме в Беклесе расширило зону бара и ресторана после масштабной реконструкции

An airfield café has unveiled an extended bar and dining area following a major refurbishment. The café at Beccles Aerodrome, which first opened in 2020, has been expanded with two timber extensions, creating more room for customers to eat and drink while watching aircraft take off and land. Ava Gallop, co-owner of the aerodrome, said: “The new bar and café areas have made it possible to divide the space into distinct sections, allowing the site to cater for everyday café customers as well as private events and functions.” She explained the venue was designed to offer visitors something different - whether they are meeting friends, stopping for a meal or spending time at the airfield. The expansion includes a new bar, extra seating and dedicated spaces for events. Since opening on August 22, the upgraded venue has already been booked for weddings, wakes and birthday celebrations. Customers can choose from cooked breakfasts, coffees and hearty meals including lasagne, while a new Fish and Chip Friday offers another reason to visit at the end of the week. The bar gives visitors a place to enjoy a drink with views across the runway. Beccles Aerodrome offers flying and helicopter training, light-aircraft experiences and skydiving, as well as accommodation.
