Hit comedy series Ted Lasso filmed scenes at Thames Hospice in Maidenhead, with cast members also lending their support to the charity's upcoming art trail auction.
The production took place in Otter Ward, one of the hospice's inpatient wards which is currently closed.
Thames Hospice said it has hired out the ward to a small number of film and television productions over the past 18 months through Location Collective when it can be accommodated sensitively alongside its services.
The charity said the arrangement provides an opportunity to generate additional income to help fund the care and support it offers to local people and their families.
A spokesperson for Thames Hospice said: "As a charity, we are continually exploring different ways to generate vital additional income to help fund the expert care and support we provide to local people and their families.
"We have welcomed a number of film and television productions to Thames Hospice when they can be sensitively accommodated alongside our services, providing an exciting opportunity to generate additional income for the charity.

"It was fantastic to welcome the production team and some of the cast of Ted Lasso to Thames Hospice, and to see our Hospice feature in such a much-loved television series."
The spokesperson added that the production team and cast were professional, respectful and considerate during their time at the hospice.
The visit has also created a link between the television series and the charity's forthcoming Trunks across the Thames art trail.
The Ted Lasso production team arranged for one of the trail's pint-sized elephant sculptures to be painted and signed by stars Jason Sudeikis, Hannah Waddingham, Juno Temple, Brett Goldstein, Phil Dunster and Brendan Hunt.
According to the hospice, the elephant features the Ted Lasso Season 4 logo, Richmond FC branding, Richmond's colours and the show's famous "Believe" message.
The signed sculpture will be offered for sale as part of the Trunks across the Thames pint-sized parade online auction, which is due to take place towards the end of October.
