Сотрудник Morris Lubricants отпраздновал 25-летнюю юбилейную дату работы в компании

A popular employee at Morris Lubricants in Shrewsbury is celebrating 25 years of service. Wayne Higgins, who began his career as a cleaner, has since worked in various roles including the filling line, warehouse, screen printing, and export orders. He now works at the company’s Worldwide Distribution Centre in Shrewsbury. Upon joining the company, he once mistook Andrew Goddard, now executive chairman, for a shopfloor worker due to him wearing overalls and his hands-on approach, working alongside the rest of the team. Mr Higgins said: "I have a lot of time for the Goddard family because they treat us with a lot of respect, which creates a comfortable workplace. "It’s one of those places where, when you get up in the morning, you look forward to going to work." "The company is much bigger now than when I started and I think it will continue to grow."
