Радиостанция Clyde 1 покидает Клайдбанк и возвращается в центр Глазго

Radio presenter Amber Zoe took fans on a video tour of the Clyde 1 studios in Clydebank ahead of their move to Glasgow city centre. The broadcaster, who began her career at the station in 2013, recently took watchers on a nostalgic video tour of the station’s Clydebank headquarters. She said: "Despite the fact that this building is definitely past its best, it means a lot to me. "It was my last show today from this building." She described the office space as "very cluttered" but pointed out that it has "been around for ages," nodding to the legends that have been in and out of its doors. @imamberzoe A final walk round Clyde 1 on Saturday, so excited for a new chapter in Glasgow but this building will always hold many special memories for me ❤️❤️ (there is also a swimming pool but my fob doesn’t let me in there anymore 😂) #clyde1 ♬ original sound - Amber | Motherhood & Lifestyle She then went onto point watchers to the room where she got her first job in travel news. Amber said: "This is actually the room where I got my first travel job. "When I was told about it, I was so excited. "I couldn't believe I was going to be at Clyde 1 every day." She continued: "This is where the magic happens. "Most people work from this studio, the Clyde 1 studio. She also mentioned her fondness for the old Clyde 2 studio, which is still in use. She said: "Because I work early on a Saturday and late during the week, there are no cameras in there, so I don't get filmed. "In the new place, there are cameras everywhere. She joked: "Exciting for me... Not. I'm going to have to make more of an effort most days, or you'll get a fright." This comes after we previously reported about her emotional fairwell where she reminisced about her first time visiting the studio when she sat in on Jim Gellatley's In Demand: Uncut Sunday night show. Amber got her start in radio after hearing an advertisement on Clyde 1 for a week-long radio academy course. She then spent two years in and out of the Clydebank studio, making teas, delivering competition tickets, and dressing up for social media videos. Amber said: "Not a day goes by where I don't feel immense gratitude to work here and have had the privilege to work in this building where legends have been before me." The Clydebank site has been home to countless presenters and sporting legends over the decades, and she described the building as "full of nostalgia". She said: "It's very special to me. "I started in 2013 when I was just 18 years old and learned everything here." "I will miss this building. "I'm so excited about our move to Glasgow, but thank you, Clydebank, for all the memories." This comes after the broadcaster also shared her last show from the Clydebank site. @imamberzoe Clyde 1 is moving into a shiny new building soon! Final show from Clydebank this morning!
