Hiab UK назначил нового руководителя по продажам для развития лесной и перерабатывающей отраслей

A UK lifting equipment specialist has created a new sales executive role focusing on forestry and recycling. Hiab UK has appointed Michael Kelly to the position as part of its commitment to expanding its presence in these two key sectors. Mr Kelly said: “I’m excited because this role combines the aspects of my career that I enjoy most: working with customers, solving technical challenges and applying my engineering knowledge to real-world applications. “I’m looking forward to building relationships with customers across the forestry and recycling sectors, expanding my industry knowledge and helping businesses find the right solutions for their operations.” A mechanical engineering graduate, Mr Kelly started his career in the hydraulics industry and has also worked as a workshop manager. WANT MORE FORESTRY? He joined Hiab as an application engineer, gaining a deep understanding of the company’s products and their applications. In his new role, he will support customers across the UK and help them identify the most suitable lifting solutions for their operations. Hiab’s portfolio in forestry and recycling includes nationwide service, digital tools and technical support. Customers in these sectors are increasingly prioritising equipment that improves safety, reduces downtime and offers long-term value. Mr Kelly said: “Customers are looking for equipment that offers long-term reliability, lower operating costs and excellent support, and that’s where Hiab can really add value.” Senior leaders at Hiab have welcomed the appointment and the creation of the role. Max Thiele, vice-president of sales and business development for lifting solutions, said: “The creation of this dedicated role reflects Hiab UK’s commitment to strengthening our presence in the forestry and recycling sectors. “These are specialist industries with unique operational challenges, and our customers increasingly value expert support alongside high-performance equipment. “Michael’s technical background and experience within Hiab make him ideally placed to help customers identify the right solutions while supporting our continued growth in these important markets.” This article first appeared in our sister title, the Scottish Farmer.
