В юго-западной Лондоне с 15 августа вступают в силу масштабные изменения маршрутов автобусов

Bus passengers in south west London are being warned of major route changes from this weekend, including the withdrawal of one service and changes affecting journeys through Barnes and Putney. The changes will come into effect from Saturday, August 15, and will affect routes 209, 378, 485, and 533. The alterations are being implemented by Transport for London (TfL) and will affect the Barnes area, as well as some stops in the Putney Bridge area. Route 209 Route 209 will be "restructured" to run from Hammersmith Lower Bus Station to Barnes Pond, replacing the majority of route 533. The route will then return to Hammersmith via Church Road, Barnes Red Lion, Castelnau, and Lonsdale Road to The Terrace and Barnes Bridge Station, then follow the current 533 route back to Hammersmith Bus Station. This change will see buses running two-way along the full length of Lonsdale Road. Passengers who travel to Hammersmith from stops along Church Road, Castelnau, and Lonsdale Road will need to board the 209 from the opposite side of the road to the 533. At Barnes Pond, route 209 will terminate at bus stop BC by Barnes Pond. Routes 378, 969, and N22 will be moved off stop BC to serve a newly reopened bus stop BD, which is around 20 metres east of stop BC. Route 209 will run every 15 minutes from the first to the last bus on all days of the week and will be operated by First London. Route 378 Route 378 will continue to run between Putney Bridge Station and Mortlake Bus Station, but during opening hours, it will double run from Barnes Red Lion to serve the bus stop at the entrance to The London Wetlands Centre, replacing route 485. No current bus stops will be missed. At Putney Bridge Station, there will be changes to the set down and pick-up points used by route 378. On arrival at Putney Bridge Station, route 378 will now set down at the alighting point on Gonville Street and will no longer serve bus stop FH on Putney Bridge. The first stop towards Mortlake will also change, with route 378 now picking up from bus stop FC directly outside Putney Bridge Station. Additionally, on Putney Bridge, route 378 will now serve stop FD instead of stop FE. Finally, at Barnes Pond, route 378 will now serve bus stop BD instead of the current stop BC. Route 378 will continue to run every 15 minutes from the first to the last bus on all days of the week, except on Sunday mornings when buses run every 20 minutes before 8am. Route 378 will be operated by Transport UK. Route 485 Route 485 will be restructured to run between Wandsworth and Mortlake Bus Station. It will be rerouted at Barnes Pond to go to Mortlake Bus Station instead via Barnes High Street, The Terrace, Barnes Bridge Station, Mortlake High Street, and Avondale Road. The restructured route 209 will replace route 485 between Barnes Pond and Hammersmith Bridge South Side. Route 485 will continue to run every 30 minutes from the first to the last bus on all days of the week. Route 533 Route 533 will be withdrawn and replaced by restructured routes 209 and 485. Putney Bridge stop changes TfL will be making some changes to bus stopping arrangements at the northern end of Putney Bridge. Route 378 towards Mortlake will now serve stop FD instead of FE, and it will also now serve stop FC outside Putney Bridge Station on Station Approach. Route 22 towards Putney Common, route 265 towards Tolworth, routes N22 & N33 towards Fulwell, and route N74 towards Roehampton will all now serve stop FD instead of FE. For more information on these changes, passengers are advised to visit TfL’s journey planner tool at tfl.gov.uk/plan-a-journey.
