Известный театральный продюсер Рэйчел Такли стала покровителем творческой организации в Ст-Неотсе

An acclaimed theatre producer has been named as the newest patron of a creative organisation. Rachel Tackley MBE will take up the patronage at Neotists CIC, a champion of the creative industries in St Neots and the wider Huntingdonshire area, bringing extensive experience from a prominent career in UK theatre. Ms Tackley is currently interim creative director and co-chief executive of the Arts Theatre Cambridge, where she has led the venue’s reopening and renewal following major redevelopment. Richard Slade, CEO and co-founder of Neotists CIC, said: "We are thrilled to welcome Rachel as a patron of Neotists CIC. "Her achievements in theatre, from Chichester and Riverside Studios to her leadership at the Arts Theatre Cambridge, speak to exactly the kind of ambition and quality we want to see reflected in our own community. "Having someone of Rachel’s standing and experience backing our work is a real vote of confidence in what we are building in St Neots." Alongside her current roles, Ms Tackley is a producer for Heartaches Ltd and is involved in the upcoming production Sherlock Holmes and the 12 Days of Christmas, set to open at Alexandra Palace this December. She has also contributed to Arts Council England’s new Incentivising Touring Fund. Previous senior positions include executive director of Chichester Festival Theatre, director of English Touring Theatre, and creative director of Riverside Studios. Ms Tackley is chair of Bretforton Theatrebarn in the Cotswolds and a director of Lyric Hammersmith Productions. She also serves on the advisory board of the Cambridge School of Creative Industries at Anglia Ruskin University. Rachel, who lives locally with her family, brings a wealth of national and international experience to Neotists as it continues to grow its support for creative professionals across the district.
