A new deal has expanded a defence technology company's reach into digital engineering and simulation. MTX Solutions Ltd, based in Daresbury, has acquired certain assets from BFO NEXt Limited, deepening its expertise in technical consultancy, innovation management, digital engineering, and software development, while furthering its Defence Technology as a Service (DefTaaS) offering and its development services within the video games industry. Plans are underway to fully integrate the newly acquired assets into MTX Solutions' operations.
