Доктор Альфонзо Монзо представил систему телесной терапии, основанную на энергетической карте тела и еврейских буквах

What if the difference between simply touching the body and deliberately influencing it comes down to millimeters, direction and timing? In Episode 6, "Mastering the Hands-On Method," aired on Aug. 13, Dr. Alphonzo Monzo presented a detailed hands-on system built around the idea that specific points, pathways and hand positions can affect how energy moves through the body. Rather than treating the body as a collection of isolated places where pain happens, the method presented in the episode resembled an intricate energetic map – one in which the practitioner follows carefully defined instructions to establish what Monzo describes as balance and "in-phase coherent" communication between points. At the center of the technique is something deceptively simple: where the hands make contact. Monzo emphasizes that the finger pads should be used rather than the fingertips, arguing that the pads provide greater conductivity. "The finger pads resting on whatever point of the body you want to be touching" is presented as a fundamental rule of the method. Even a seemingly minor change in hand placement can therefore alter how an application is performed. The episode turned an ordinary gesture – placing a hand on the body – into a precise procedure governed by specific locations and contact points. The complexity increased as Monzo explained how each application is structured. Instructions identify which hand moves, where it should make contact and whether a point is on the same or opposite side of the body. "So you always have two hands touching the body," he explained, while stressing that a practitioner should move only when the instructions call for it. The result is less improvisation than choreography, with each hand playing a defined role in an energetic sequence. The episode also explored how these instructions can be adapted. The demonstrations primarily showed the left side of the body, but Monzo explained that practitioners can invert the hands and corresponding sides when addressing the right. "You're inverting your hands. You're inverting the side of the body you're touching," he said, while noting that the point itself normally remains unchanged. What sounds simple in principle becomes increasingly intricate when multiple steps and points are involved. Finger techniques add another layer. When a person cannot comfortably reach a particular point or finger, Monzo introduced "looping" as a way to maintain contact while freeing the other hand for another location. The technique was described as a way of maintaining a positive-negative connection across different parts of the body. Throughout the episode, the hands were presented not merely as instruments of physical contact but as tools for navigating an underlying energetic system. Monzo described the body's points as "the telecommunication centers," and argued that the foundational aspect of his system lies in the Hebrew letters associated with those points. For viewers intrigued by alternative approaches to bodywork, Episode 6 offers a striking proposition: perhaps hands-on healing, as presented here, is less about pressing on the place that hurts and more about understanding an unseen network of relationships. With its precise instructions, bilateral pathways and carefully choreographed hand placements, the method invites a provocative question – what might happen, according to this system, when the hands are placed not where the pain is felt, but where the body's energetic map says they belong?
